Our clients in Malkerns knew exactly what they wanted, and we helped them achieve it. This was a true turnkey project — we handled the design, submitted the planning application, and completed the construction through our in-house construction division.
Every aspect of this project was carefully considered, designed, and crafted by our team. As we often say: “We are the designer, and we are the maker.” This integrated approach allows us to maintain quality and attention to detail from concept through to completion.
The project is a three-bedroom family home designed for the long-term rental market in the heart of Malkerns, Eswatini. It balances comfort, durability, and thoughtful design suited to the local context.
